Once you pick a package and secure your spot, we will instantly spin up a dedicated Slack channel. You drop your assets or brief there, and we kick off the build immediately.
Do you work async or in real-time?
Entirely async via Slack. You don't need to get on endless Zoom calls. We manage updates, feedback, and quick iterations directly in the channel so you can focus on your business.
What if I need help after launch?
Every build comes with a 30-day post-launch support window in our Slack channel. If anything breaks or needs a quick technical tweak, just drop a message and it gets fixed.
